Green Eggs and Ham?

In five short weeks,
we have gone from this

to this.

By winter we will be laying greenish/blue eggs.
We are Ameraucana chickens
and are growing into some lovely colorful birds.

When we are full grown, we will have
beards, muffs and tiny combs...
giving us quite a strikingly different appearance.

So cool. Look forward to seeing their progress and the future eggs that these birds produce.

It's always fun to show someone green eggs and try to get them to eat them. I've found they won't. :)
