Happy Halloween!

It's the perfect day for a Halloween party.

The morning starts with an almost-full moon...

suspended in the sky between spooky branches.

A fiery sun soon rises in the east...

 and paints the clouds all shades of pink, purple, and blue...

as if the sky, itself is having a party.

To the west the sky is dark and gloomy 

above what is left of Autumn's colors.

We quickly finish our work and put on our witchy hats.

A few Ritz crackers was all it took to convince Grace that hats were fun.

And since Mama was dressed, Hope needed a hat as well.

As for Faith....not interested!

Of all the animals, Daphne and Chloe are the most cooperative with dressing up.

Dressing up always ends up the same...

they both delight in pulling off each other's costumes.

Treats were given for all of these tricks!

And just in case you were wondering...

we have nothing but "good" witches here on the farm!
