Adventures In Bread-Making

Yesterday was the first day that felt like Winter had arrived.

We awoke to a dusting of snow on the ground.  Icy winds blew, making it the perfect day to stay indoors with a fire in the fireplace.

It was also the perfect day to bake bread.  As promised, I made a bread-making video for you.

If the video does not show below, you can view it HERE on YouTube.

How wonderful to see the whole process! This is a great tutorial for anyone who is hunkering down at home. I do miss homemade bread, but alas, with my newly acquired gluten intolerance, I can no longer enjoy it. Have a slice for me! ;0D

I notice you don't use the liner for the banneton. Do you wash it with soap and water, then re-flour it every time you use it?
