There is a man at the Portland Farmers Market that makes/sells wood oven bagles and they are incredibly delicious. There is always early morning line waiting for the each small batch to come out of the oven and they sell out in an instant - they are that tasty. I'm sure you'll have lots of fun experimenting with all kinds of baked goods. A pizza with all your garden fresh veggies would be heavenly.
