Friends

Although most of my days are spent with no human interaction,
I am seldom lonely.
There are always several of my "friends" to keep me company.

Yesterday I took advantage of a beautiful cool autumn day and worked on
winterizing the flower gardens.

Annie and Oakley don't stray far from where I work.
Sam usually finds a comfortable place for a nap.

As soon as any of the dogs gets comfortable,
Bobby arrives to crash the party.

He rubs himself up and down,
using Sam as his own personal masseuse.

Once he has rubbed his entire body on Sam...

he finds a cozy spot and settles in.

Sam never minds.
He is the most tolerant dog in the world.

As for Bobby...
I am pretty sure he thinks he is a dog as well.

No matter what occupies my hands...
I always have lots to occupy my mind.
There's lots of entertainment around here!
