Under The Watchful Eye

I have often wondered why my barn kitties eat their food so darned fast.

And then this weekend we discovered one of the reasons....

It seems that the Lucilles have learned where a fresh meal can be found.

There is nothing more annoying than having beady little chicken eyes staring you down

as you try to enjoy your breakfast!

Pause... and you just might lose the rest of your meal!

Look what arrived in yesterday's mail...

My loom!

I put a coat of finishing wax on it and assembled it yesterday afternoon.

Hopefully today I will have time to put on the warp.

I'll keep you posted with the progress.

I am still awaiting the arrival of its stand, so that I don't have to leave it on the table top.
