We are in the midst of a monsoon.
It would be raining cats and dogs, except for the fact that all of the
cats and dogs are nestled snuggly dry in the house or barn.

It appears that the only critters happy about the present weather are the ducks.

The garden seems to be enjoying the rain.
Listen closely, you can hear everything growing.

The guineas.... not so much!

This weather is ruining our chances of getting a first salvageable cutting of hay.
At least our water table will be back up to where it should be!
There is always a silver lining, if you look hard enough.

We are having the same monsoon. My county here in Massachusetts is in a flood warning. The grass looks great wonderful though, emerald green!

Looks exactly like my day yesterday. Water was pouring down the mountainside through our culverts and into the mini creek that runs beyond. Is this June?? Good grief.

You probably are wondering what month this is??? I'm hoping for a little rain in my part. I have to go on a business trip to the mid-west and would sure like Mother Nature to take care of the garden. I do have somewhat of a back up plan by they are not gardeners so lets hope garden and flowers survive!!!!

Keep the umbrella close and enjoy the dance in the rain! Hugs!!

We have had rain here, too... and I'm glad the water table is deepening here, as well... looks like you are getting a lot, but I'm sorry about the hay.
