Oops, We Did it Again!

Meet Daphne.
And Morning Glory....

How were we ever supposed to resist these two adorable gals??
They were born last June 11th...on the same day!
They are half sisters and were both sired by a donkey named Moon Beam!
Doesn't it seem as though it was meant to be?

We originally were thinking of one mini donkey,
but how could we break up this pair?
They are BFFs and just adore each other.

So......
when the weather breaks,
these two gals will be joining the herd.

I am anticipating lots of wonderful stories about these two
to share with you.

Stay tuned....

Even Hickory is excited!!

Oh, how fun...I just never know who is coming to your farm next! I can't wait to see these tails!
LOL YEAY Bev!!!!! If you are going to end here collecting animals this is a good place to do it..with these two sweethearts. You did the right thing by getting both of them...they will be so happy together on your farm with all the other critters. I'm sure they will live a good long happy life :)

Oh, welcome to the wonderful world of mini donkeys!!!! We absolutely adore our two boys. Mini donks have to be in pairs to be happy because they form very strong bonds. Some breeders won't sell you just one unless you have another at home. They are such easy keepers and fun fun fun to watch during their playtime.

The waiting has me on the edge of my seat. Sis has two mini-donks and just loves them to pieces. Can't wait to see yours arrive and fit in with the rest of the critters at your place. FUN!

They are so cute. Yes I want to hear more about this pair. I still want to add a lamb &
Mini donk to the homestead creatures. From your comments it looks like I should have two. Looking forward to what all I can learn. Blessings!
