Faintless Goats

The holiday weekend was busy....
lots of guests, lots of great food, lots of fun.

One of the planned activities with Saturday's guests
was fainting pictures of the goats.
We figured that with the help of people that the goats
had never seen before, we would be able to illicit a faint.

Nettie B. was first.
Everyone encircled her,

and then jumped

and shouted.

She stiffened up.....

and fell over.....
Finally.....success!

Fred and Sally?
Well, our friendliest of babies were impossible to frighten.
The most we could get out of them was a little stiffness
followed by them hopping away...stiff legged.

oh my goodness, that is so funny! You know I'm all about goats now, right? I couldn't fall asleep last night thinking about them. I have a lot to learn and need to build a shelter before I can get some though - can I come see yours? : ) PS I bought the bee suit you recommended - I love it!

Oh my goodness. I didn't realize goats would do that. Poor things. Were they okay? I mean, to scare something stiff is... wow. I really have never heard of them doing that before. Are they conscious? Or are they truly out cold?
