Bee Haven.....Safe Haven

Yesterday was cold and rainy.

Too rainy for outdoor activities....
a good day for napping.

The canine family seems to have all settled in to daily routines.
Oakley, our new rescue lab, looks out for Hickory,
our new "senior" rescue.
Maddie is happy to have Oakley to play with.
Sadie, our oldest til now, has shown amazing tolerance
with all of the change.

All seem happy,
peaceful,
contented.

Hickory....

Oakley...

Maddie....

Sadie....
all enjoying a little "lazy" time.

Happily, this canine adoption story has a very happy ending.
If you have a little extra room in your life, in your heart,...
consider adopting a dog that no one else wants.

Nothing beats four wagging tails greeting you each morning!

Oh my..how do you manage the dog hair..if only we could find a way to market that...I am longing for another dog but afraid our MollieDog is not so accomodating...have to wait a bit before we test the waters..

For a dog lover like me this post was wonderful. It also has given me the push to look for a playmate for Jazi. She is what I refer to as my pound puppy that I rescued over 5 years ago. So give all the pups a hugs for me and two for Miss Sadie, my love!

Here, here to that. There are so many dogs now that need adoption-more than ever I think, because of the owner's situation.
