Our First Product of the Season

Here it is, ready for the pantry....pint sized jars of fresh Bee Haven Acres Strawberry Jam. Yummy! More and more berries are ready for picking each day. These berries have been a bit tart this year, which makes the best jam!

Isn't it a satisfying feeling when you see something like that, that you have grown, made and tastes yummy?! It looks delicious!
I hope you don't mind me asking, do you make your own labels or do you have a company make them for you? They are very pretty. I was just wondering because Mum makes jam (in fact I think she is making plum jam now) and would like to sell it at our local fairs and events here in Lancashire but we can only find plain white labels which we have to write on with pens and doesn't look as good as it could do.

Hi Meg...

I used photoshop to creat the label. Then I import it into Word and duplicate it several times on the page. I print it out on plain paper and then send the paper thru my Xyron and it applies adhesive to the back and laminates the front. Instant label!

What a pretty presentation...Maybe one day you can have a little general store of sorts.
